charming stay with a few quirks
The breakfast area offers a beautiful view each morning which enhances the dining experience. The nostalgic charm of the vintage key system added a unique touch to our stay.

I got complimentary suite with at least a double bed as an upgrade, nice gesture.

Simply no complains at all, really nice stay. Absolutely fabulous hotel, VERY POLITE staff, good wi-fi. Plenty of options, outstanding food. Easy access to Ciampino airport, within 20 km.

The location was great and very convenient for
A solo traveler like me, just a couple of blocks away from bus services and within walking distance to various restaurants. I found my room to be clean, albeit a bit small, with limited seating options. The breakfast view was amazing, but I wished for more hot items.

All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The bar area was good and the bar manager extremely helpful and friendly, The breakfast room was very nice, with a good cold buffet selection.
The bedroom was old, worn and tired for a 4 star, and needed renovating, (however the bed was comfortable and clean). There was no bath, only a shower. The electrical sockets in the room were old style 3 pin, and modern travel adapters won't fit, (however, after some searching, the night manager when we arrived managed to find an adapter for us to borrow). Car parking charges apply outside the hotel and all the surrounding area.

Very good location, on a quiet street but within walking distance to Plaza di Spagna. Well connected to transportation (bus, metro at the corner of the street).

definitely visit next time
The room was cozy with air conditioning, a tv, and a comfortable bed. I loved the good water pressure in the shower and the free toiletries available. The breakfast had nice pastries and good coffee with amazing views of the city from the 6th floor, perfect for enjoying a morning meal.

Great location next to via Veneto without the noise or traffic. Great rates, furnishings were a little dated and worn but it was clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The 116 bus across the street took us to all the main tourist attractions for 1 euro. Plent of good restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We will definitely stay here in the future if we return to Rome. The fifth floor rooms had balconies facing Villa Borghese park. Trees block the view but it was pleasant regardless.

Cute boutique hotel in an excellent location 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps and across the road from the spectacular Villa Borghese. Friendly and helpful front of house staff. Happy to help with tours and bookings. Excellent price for the location. Breakfast adequate and the terrace restaurant on the top floor provides a beautiful view of Rome.
Facilities not that of a 4 star hotel but cost and location make it more than a worthwhile stay.

The location. It was within proximity to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and across the streets a bus that takes you directly to the Vatican. The hotel receptionists were very very friendly.
The hotel was said to be 4 stars but with poor sound proofing and old decorations, it was more 3 stars. Sound proofing was so awful that you could even hear your neighbor showering or singing in the shower, in our case. I had requested a room change and it was still the case in both rooms.
